Apple Canyon Lake in Apple River, Illinois is a private 450 acre lake with over 15 miles of shoreline. It is located 60 miles west of Rockford, Illinois.
The home is a modern 4 bedroom, lake view home with a finished basement.
Fishing is one of the big attractions at the lake. Stocked species include Tiger Muskie, Walleye, Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and Catfish.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms, two baths, a dining area, family room and a three season screened porch with a great view of the lake.
The walk out basement is very nicely finished with a full bath, a bedroom with a lake view and a large family room.
Outside enjoy a wonderful patio with a large backyard
and a short walk to the lakeshore to fish off the piers or walk to the Marina for a snack or buy bait and a fishing license.

Other amenities include a very
nice beach with a shaded picnic area or a swimming pool with life guards if you prefer. There is also a lake front restaurant and bar with outside seating available.
If golfing is your idea of relaxation, we are minutes from the beautiful 9 hole course. There are also tennis courts on site.
Get the family or friends together and relax around the fire after a fun day to tell ghost stories. Nothing to scary you do have to get some sleep.

Winter months are also available to enjoy ice fishing, ice skating, sledding or cross country skiing.
Enjoy hiking on the trails, views of the rolling countryside and the abundant wild life. The area is home to deer, wild turkey and bald eagles.

To enjoy the great outdoors even more you can take a short walk to the waterfall or get on the ATV and ride the miles of trail around the lake.
